Bihar School Examination Committee has announced to postpone the D.El.Ed. Combined Entrance Exam (Session 2024-26). This exam was scheduled to be held on 30 and 31 March 2024.
According to the official notice, the exam is postponed due to unavoidable reasons. There is no change in the exam scheduled from 01 April to 28 April 2024. The examination will not be conducted on 11 April (Eid), 17 April (Ram Navami), 19 April (Lok Sabha Elections First Phase) and 26 April (Lok Sabha Elections Second Phase).
The committee states that as the Lok Sabha elections have been fixed on 19th April 2024, the examination will not commence between 16th to 21st April 2024 at the respective centers in Gaya district.
They also mention that there will be no exam at the examination centers fixed in Bhagalpur district and Purnia from March 30, 2024, to April 23, 2024. Candidates are advised to read the official notice released on the official website.
Candidates may note that the admit cards have been already issued to the candidates appearing for this exam. They will remain valid for the exam. A total of 6 lakh, 81 thousand, 982 will appear for D.El.Ed entrance examination.
This exam will be conducted at 53 examination centers in Patna, Bhojpur, Bhagalpur, Chhapra, Siwan, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur and Purnia.
