Class X examinations held at home centres at central schools in Bihar were cancelled on Wednesday in the wake of question paper leak and fresh tests will be conducted, the Central Schools administration said.
"We have decided to cancel the home-based examinations of class X in 31 Central Schools in Bihar after it was found that question papers were leaked," M S Chauhan, Deputy Commissioner of Central Schools, told PTI.
He said a committee found out the question paper leak and it was decided to hold fresh examinations.
Chauhan said it was suspected that some coaching institute had leaked the questions for the exam which was scheduled to end tomorrow.
The Deputy Commissioner said that as per the new exam schedule, the test would begin on March 27 and end on April 10.
