Amid COVID-19 pandemic havoc, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the AIAPGET 2021 examination for at least three months. The All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test was scheduled to be held on June 7, 2021. The detailed notification is available on the official website of the NTA AIAPGET at ntaaiapget.nic.in.
Along with the exam date the NTA has also postponed the online registration for filling in the application form for the AIAPGET 2021. The official notification reads, "In view of a steep upsurge of COVID 19 cases in the country, it has been decided to postpone the AIAPGET 2021 for a minimum of three months. The revised date for the exam will be announced later on. The online registration for filling in the application form for the AIAPGET 2021 will also be announced at a later stage”.
The revised exam dates for the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test - 2021 will be announced later. NTA AIAPGET 2021 is an online exam and a single entrance portal for admission to postgraduate AYUSH courses. It covers all India and state quota seats for MD, MS, and PG diploma courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy for all AYUSH colleges, institutions, and universities, as well as deemed universities, across the world.
AIAPGET 2021 Exam Pattern:
- The total number of questions on the AIAP GET question paper is 100.
- This entrance is worth a total of 400 marks.
- The test will last 90 minutes, or 1 hour and 12 minutes.
- Multiple Choice questions are the form of questions asked in this entrance (MCQs).
- English is the primary language used at the entrance.
AIPGET 2021 Marking Scheme:
- The exam is worth a total of 400 marks.
- A candidate will receive one mark for each correct answer.
- For each incorrect answer, 0.25 points will be deducted.
