The live interaction to be conducted by the Education minister with the vice-chancellors across the nation.
The interaction is in the context of the problem of higher education and its possible solutions and necessary changes in educational activities, etc. at the times of Covid-19.
The interaction is scheduled to be held at 4 pm today that is Monday.
The Education Minister will discuss higher education with the Vice Chancellors of various universities in their live session on Facebook.
He tweets “I am looking forward to interacting with the vice-chancellors of Universities across India today to discuss Higher Education post #COVID19 era at 4.00 pm via my Facebook and Twitter.”
This live interaction session will be done on the HRD ministry's Facebook and twitter page. This online dialogue is being organized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Considering the ongoing third phase of lockdown till May 17 all schools, colleges, and higher educational institutions are closed to prevent the Coronavirus. Meanwhile, the Education Minister is constantly communicating online with the students to answer their queries. Earlier, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has also interacted with education ministers of all states online. The education minister has also done online interaction regarding the question and answer of the students.
Also, on May 14 the education minister is going to interact with teachers in which the teachers will be sharing their concerns about the on-going scenario.
