OAVS Recruitment 2024: Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) has started the application process for recruitment to the posts of Principals and Teachers in the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas in the State.
Interested candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website i.e.oav.edu.in.The registration window for the same will remain till April 30, 2024. This recruitment drive will fill out a total of 1342 vacancies.
OAVS Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification
To apply for this recruitment candidates must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates must have completed a two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program.
OAVS Recruitment 2024: Age Limit
The age limit for this recruitment is decided according to the post candidates applying for the post of Principal should be between 31 to 50 years, while candidates applying for teacher posts should be between 21 to 38 years.
OAVS Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection process for Principal and Teacher posts in Odisha Adarsh Vidyalayas will be completed in three stages. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Computer Test, Interview, and Performance Test. Candidates who apply will be called for CBT followed by an interview and then a performance test. Finally, the final selection list will be prepared.

Principal posts: The applicants from UR, SEBC category are required to pay a fee of Rs 2000, whereas Rs 1250 applies to SC, ST, and PwD category candidates.
Teacher posts: Rs 1500 for UR, SEBC category candidates, and Rs 1000 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
