Give yourself self few short breaks between those heavy study routine that will make you fresh and focused on your work.

4. Distractions: Distractions are very disturbing sometime and harmful for most of the times. Everything has its pros and con's so doing distraction have. Keep a track of your distractions try to know the reason for it.

Also, it is also natural to have distractions but don’t make those distractions overtake your tasks or goals.
