Age limit and Educational Qualification:

Application Fee:
To make a payment for the post applicants under the category general will pay amount of Rs. 500, for the applicants under the category BC; EBC will pay an amount of Rs. 300 and for the applicants SC (Scheduled caste), ST (Scheduled tribes) fees will be needed to pay of Rs. 200. All the payment will be made by the applicants in the form of the demand draft and payment will be in the favor of the state health society for the post numbered as I to XXX and for the post last two posts in the favor of the District health society of any nationalized bank.
