The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) invites application to fill the vacant posts of Management Trainees in Engineering and Administration (HR, Finance, Materials).
These posts have been invited in E- grade with pay scale of Rs. 20600-46550/-. The eligible and willing applicants are advised to read complete notification before applying for the posts.
Vacancy Details :
(A). Management Trainee (Technical) : 246 Posts
Educational Qualification :
Candidates should possess Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65% marks (average of all semesters) in the discipline of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronic & Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining or Chemical Engineering, For Computer Science discipline, MCA (3 Years full time) are also eligible.
Management Trainee (Administration - HR) : 100 Posts
Educational Qualification : For HR, Marketing and Materials : Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 60 % marks ( average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human Resources/Personal Management.
Age Limit :
The willing candidates should be aged 30 years as on 01/02/2015, relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC candidates and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates.
Selection Process :
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for objective type written examination followed by interview/GD for selected.
