National School of Drama New Delhi has issued a notification inviting applications for its Diploma course in Dramatic Arts (DDA). Aspiring candidates may apply for the three-year-course on or before April 22, 2017. The course will start from July 17, 2017 and aims at training students to become professionals in the area of acting, design and other theatre related disciplines.

Eligibility for admission:
Essential Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University.
Participation in at least six theatre productions.
Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
Age Limit:
The candidate should be between 18 and 30 years.
Selection:
The selection is a two phase process. The candidate should appear for a preliminary examination and if selected then have to appear for a final workshop examination.
