North East Frontier Railway invites application on plain paper, for 1230 posts of Group D from the citizens of India. This application form has been invited in the pay scale of Rs 5200 - 20200 with Grade Pay Rs/-1800 in Northeast Frontier Railway.

Educational Qualification:
The candidates should have passed the 10th or equivalent examination or ITI from a recognized board or institution.
Age Limit :
The candidates should be of 18 to 33 years as on 01/01/2014. Relaxation in the age will be as per the rules.
Examination Fee:
The examination fee for UR and OBC candidates is Rs.100 (Rupees One hundred only). Candidates belonging to SC/ST, Physically Handicapped, women, minorities, ex- serviceman and economically backward classes are exempted from payment of examination fees.
The examination fees shall be paid in the form of Indian Postal Order from any Post office drawn in favour of FA&CAO, N.F. Railway and payable at GPO, Guwahati. Applications received with cash/cheque /Central Recruitment Stamps and money orders will be rejected and amount forfeited.
How to Apply:
(A). The Candidates should carefully read the instructions in this Employment Notice for filling up Application Form given at Annexure-I. Application having any change in the format will be rejected.
(B). Applications should be made on a good quality white paper of A4 size (210mm*297mm) using ONE SIDE only.
(C). Use only Black Pen/ Black Ball Point Pen for filling up the application form.
(D). The application should be written in either English or Hindi and not in any other language. The application has to be duly dated and signed by the candidate. Application filled in any language other than English / Hindi and by any person other than the applicant will be rejected summarily even if, it is detected at a subsequent stage of the recruitment.
