Madhyanchal Gramin Bank invites online applications from Indian Citizen, for the posts of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

(a) Officer Scale - I : 100 Posts
(b) Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : 350 Posts
Probation Period :
Officer Scale-I : Selected candidates will be on probation for 02 Years ,which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year as per Service Rule.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – : Selected candidates will be on probation for 01 Year ,which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six month as per Service Rule.
Pay Package :
(a). Officer Scale-I : At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 31350/-per month inclusive of D.A. and H.R.A. at the current rate.
(b). Office Assistant (Multipurpose) -: At present the total starting emoluments are approx.Rs. 15600/- per month inclusive of D.A. and H.R.A. at the current rate.
