Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is all set to increase the entrance examination fee from May this year. However, after the protest from the students, the council has decided not to raise the fees for the SC and the physically challenged category.
The present entrance exam fee for the general category is Rs. 220 for each subject which will be hiked from this year. The exact denomination of fee to be increased is still unknown.
Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE 2017) is an entrance examination which is conducted by JNU. This entrance exam is for students seeking admission in various undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D programs.
While the application forms will be issued in the second week of February, the JNU Entrance exam will be held in the third week of May.
