GST Versus Jobs
New Delhi

GST, India's biggest tax reform since Independence, will pave way for a range of job opportunities.

"We are expecting an annualised growth to the tune of 10 -13 per cent in formal job creation on account of GST," Indian Staffing Federation's President Rituparna Chakraborty told Business Standard.

GlobalHunt's MD Sunil Goel pointed out that 50,000-60,000 jobs will be created for specific activities for GST.

However, global burger giant McDonald's is decreasing its operations before implementation of GST in the country.
