About Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights
The Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights has been constituted under the Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act, 2005 vide a notification issued by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 7 July, 2008. It has six members and a Chairperson. The Commission started functioning from 8 September, 2008.
