Every student see the dream to pursue engineering from IIT but only a few get through it.
Jaswant Singh, a resident of village Dhyan Nagar, has got this achievement with the help of the Atul Maheshwari Scholarship. Jaswant is pursuing B.Tech from IIT Roorkee. He has enrolled in Chemical Trade in the session 2019-20.
Jaswant Singh belongs to a very simple family. His father Bhajan Singh is a farmer. His mother Charanjeet Kaur is a housewife. Jaswant is the rank holder in the High School and Intermediate exams.
His dream is to become an engineer from IIT. But due to lack of financial support, he didn't have enough money to bear coaching expenses. With the help of Atul Maheshwari Scholarship, his dream come true.
The scholarship helped him to bear coaching expenses and pass the examination. Now he wants to serve the country by becoming an engineer. Jaswant's father Bhajan Singh, mother Charanjit Kaur said that it was not possible to bear the coaching expenses without the Atul Maheshwari Scholarship. The couple has thanked the Amar Ujala Foundation. They said that if the scholarship was not available, their son would never have been admitted to IIT.
