National School of Drama (NSD) is inviting proposals for participation in the Theatre Olympics 2018.
Interested theatre groups can apply in the prescribed proforma (mentioned at www.nsd.gov.in) along with clear recording of the production in DVD.
NSD is celebrating 8th theatre Olympics 2018 will be held in India from February 17 to April 8, 2018.
The theatre Olympics will feature work by playwrights, directors, actors, designers, theatre groups and drama institutions from India and abroad and will showcase outstanding productions that have been performed for the public on or before August 31, 2017.
The theme of the Olympics is going to be ‘Flag of Friendship’.
Guidelines:
- Clear recording of the production in DVD is required.
- Only one entry from a group/institution will be accepted.
- The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding for all.
