NTA has issued an official notification on its website stating the extended date to raise the objection.
As per the official notification, "The last date for display of Question Papers and Challenge of Provisional Answer Keys of UGC - NET December 2019 (i.e. 13.12.2019 upto 11:50 PM) is hereby extended up to 14.12.2019 (upto 11:50 PM). This is being done in view of a number of requests being received in this regard."
The answer key for the UGC NET 2019 has been released on the official website i.e. ugcnet.nta.nic.in, on December 11, 2019.
The candidates who appeared for the exam can visit the official website and check the answer key.
The written exam was conducted by the Agency from December 2 to December 6, 2019, in various centres across the country.
The objection window will be opened for candidates till December 14, 2019, (upto 11: 50 PM). Those candidates who want to raise objections against the answer key can follow the instructions given below before the last date to raise objections.

Step 1: Visit the official site of NTA UGC at ugcnet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on UGC NET Answer Key challenge link available on the home page
Step 3: A new page will open where candidates will have to log in to the account
Step 4: Click on the challenges to be made
Step 5: Make the fee payment and click on submit
Step 6: Your challenge is submitted
Step 7: If needed, candidates can keep a hard copy of the page for further reference.
