The provisional answer key of the Combined Competitive- Preliminary Examination has been released by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, JKPSC. The candidates who registered themselves and appeared for the exam can now check the answer key from the official website- jkpsc.nic.in.
The candidates must note that the answer key is provisional in nature and the candidates can raise objections against the answer key. The objections should be raised till 28th October 2021 by 5 pm after which the commission will not accept any objections. The commission conducted the Combined Competitive- Preliminary Examination on 24th October 2021.
The official notification reads, “If any candidate feels that the key to any of the question/s is/are wrong, he/she may represent on prescribed format/proforma annexed as Annexure-A along with the documentary proof/evidence and fee of Rs.500/- [in the form of demand draft) per question (refundable in case of genuine/correct representation) to the Controller of Examinations, Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission, within a period of three days from the date of its publication.”

The commission is conducting the examination to fill in vacancies on 187 posts in different departments of the state such as police service, administrative service, and accounts service. The candidates who will qualify for the preliminary examination will become eligible to appear for the main examination.
