The admit cards for an intelligent assistant (IA) in intelligence cadre and constable in investigation cadre exam for recruitment have been released by the Punjab Police. Candidates are required to download the admit card from the official site of Punjab Police- punjabpolice.gov.in.
The Punjab Police invited applications for hiring on 1191 posts in the month of July. The recruitment process on these posts is for two cadres of Punjab Police. Out of which, 794 posts are for Intelligence Assistants in Intelligence (in the rank of a constable) and 362 posts are for Constable in Investigation Cadre. The remaining vacancies shall be filled later with candidates coming from the sports quota.

Punjab Police Admit Card 2021: How to Download
The candidates are required to follow the step-by-step instructions given below to download their admit card for Intelligence Assistant and Constable exam 2021.
Step 1: Visit the official site of Punjab Police on punjabpolice.gov.in.
Step 2: A home page will be displayed, click on the section named ‘Recruitment’.
Step 3: Click on the link named ‘RECRUITMENT OF IA IN INTELLIGENCE & CONSTABLE IN INVESTIGATION CADRE’.
Step 4: Click the link named ‘Link to the Recruitment Portal’.
Step 5: Click the login button.
Step 6: Enter your login credentials and log in.
Step 7: Download the PDF file of the admit card.
Step 8: Keep a hard copy of the admit card for future reference.
The recruitment drive will be a two-stage process where the selection of candidates will be done by the Punjab Police on the basis of MCQ-type questions in the computer-based exam and then followed by Physical Measurement Test- PMT, document scrutiny, and Physical Screening Test- PST. The candidates must note that the admit card which includes details like exam venue, date, and other details is a crucial document and should be carried by the candidate to the exam venue.
