The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law at National Law University, Delhi is inviting applications for the Diploma in "Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law and Practice”. The "Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law and Practice” diploma is a 1-year course with an emphasis on Banking Law. The Course will be conducted in both online and offline mode. Candidate applying for the course can opt between four speciality course
- Diploma in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law and Practice(DIB)
- Corporate Insolvency Law & Practice (CILP)
- Cross Border Insolvency Rules and Regulations (CBIRR)
- Bankruptcy of Individuals including Guarantors, Partnership Firms (BIGP)
The mentor for the course will be Professor M S Sahoo, Former Chairperson, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Distinguished Professor, NLU Delhi and while Dr Risham Garg, Associate Professor, Centre for Transnational Commercial Law, National Law University Delhi will be the Director of this Course
