Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) is to commence the NEET UG 2020 Counseling registration tomorrow, October 27, 2020. The detailed schedule for the NEET counselling is available on the official website of the MCC at mcc.nic.in. All those candidates who have qualified the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-2020 are eligible to appear for the counselling round.
The registration process for the first round of counselling will start from October 27, 2020. The deadline for this has been fixed till November 2, 2020, till 5 pm. The first seat allocation list will be released on November 05, 2020. If the seats remain vacant, the second counselling will be held from November 18 to November 22 and the results of seat allocation will be released by November 23.
Further, the MCC will conduct online counselling for admission to 15% seats in all government medical and dental colleges. While 100% seats in AFMC, ESI, Delhi University (DU), BHU and central institutions including AMU and Deemed Universities.
National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) 2020 examination was held in two phases. The first phase of the pen & paper based exam was held on September 13. The NTA conducted the 2nd phase of NEET UG 2020 on October 14 for candidates who could not appear in the NEET examination on September 13 due to being Corona infected and living in the containment zone.
