The result for the admission to KV class 1 is to be declared soon by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). The result will be available on the official website i.e. kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in. The online draw of lottery for KV Admission would be available on the respective Kendriya Vidyalaya’s youtube channel. The application status of the students (merit list) would be available on the official website kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in from 6 am tomorrow – August 12.
The provisional list of selected students would be released by the respective schools and compiled by KVS portal. Parents can also check the online draw as it happens. The draw would begin from 9:30 am but would be done at different times.
KVS Admission 2020 for Class 1: How to check provisional list/ online lottery
Step 1: Visit the official website kvsangathan.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the Directory of KVS
Step 3: A new window with all the KVS and their details would be listed
Step 4: Select the Region, State and City that you have applied for during admission and click on search to get the names of the KVs in the region.
Step 5: Click on the relevant link to go to the regional KV you have applied for.
The online application process for class 1 began from July 20 to August 7. A total of three lists would be released by the Sangathan for Class 1 admission. 2nd list would be released on August 24 and the third list would be released on August 28, 2020.
As per the official notice, the declaration of the provisional select list of candidates as per the priority service category for unreserved seats, if any (keeping the leftover reserved seats blocked) will be done from August 27 to 29. As many as 7.95 lakh applications were received in 2019 for Class 1 admission.
