The last date to register for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test or JNVST 2022 Exam Class 9 has been extended. In such a situation, candidates can now register till November 15 to appear in the examination. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti or NVS will conduct the entrance exam on April 9, 2022 for admission in class 9. The candidates must note that earlier the last date to register for admission in class 9 was 31 October 2021. At the same time, the examination centres will be decided by Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya or NVS for the class 9 examination to be held on April 9.

The candidates are required to follow the below-mentioned steps to register for the JNVST 2022.
- Visit the official website at navodaya.gov.in.
- Click on the link named, ‘CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR CLASS IX LATERAL ENTRY SELECTION TEST 2022. THE LAST DATE TO APPLY IS 15.11.2021.’
- The candidates are now required to register to generate the login credentials.
- After that log in and fill in the application form with the necessary details.
- Download and take a copy of the application form for further needs.
Exam Details
The selection test will be conducted in OMR based sheet for a duration of 150 minutes. The candidates will be able to answer the questions in both English and Hindi Language. The candidates will get questions from subjects like English, Hindi, Maths, and Science. The candidates will be given questions for 50 marks. The weightage of marks for each subject is given in the below table.
