The fresh admission process for the January 2022 session has been started by the Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU. As per the official notice, the candidates are allowed to register themselves till 31st January 2022. The interested candidates can apply for January 2022 session fresh admission from the official website- ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
At the time of admission, a non-refundable registration fee of INR 200 will be charged from the candidates along with the fee of the first semester. The candidates seeking admission to MSC MACS, PG DMCH, PG DGM, PG DHHM, DNA, PG DHIVM and PG CMDM courses can apply for fresh admission. IGNOU January 2022 Session: Steps to Apply
The candidates are required to follow the below given simple steps to register for IGNOU January 2022 session.

Go to the official website of IGNOU Samarth at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

On the homepage, click on the registration link for January 2022 Admission Cycle.

A registration page will appear on the screen. Enter basic information required and click on the submit button.

Then log in using the credentials and proceed to fill the application form.

Review the form filled and pay the application fee.

Download and keep a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
In the January 2022 admission cycle, the candidates from SC/ST category can claim fee exemption facility only once for a course. If a candidate is caught filling several application forms and claiming exemption of fee then all the applications of the candidate will be considered invalid.
