AP EDCET 2024: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will commence the web options entry for the Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (AP EDCET) 2024 phase 2 counseling from today. The candidates who have already registered for AP EDCET 2024 phase 2 counseling can visit the official website i.e. edcet-sche.aptonline.in. to exercise web options. 

The web option entry window will remain open till 25 September 2024. The candidates may note that after closing the option entry window the council will open the edit window till 26 September 2024. After the announcement of results for the first round of counseling, the candidates who wish to upgrade their seats can participate in the Phase 2 choice filling. 

The AP EDCET 2024 phase 2 seat allotment result will be released on 28 September 2024. Once the result is released the candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to check the AP EDCET 2024 phase 2 seat allotment result. Shortlisted candidates will have to complete self-reporting to colleges from 28 September to 3 October 2024.

The candidates may note that it is important to research the available options before making choices, as the seat allotment will be based on their preferences and rank. Once choices are locked, they cannot be edited or changed. After the choice filling, the seat allotment results for Phase 2 will be released, and candidates will need to confirm their admission by paying the requisite fees and reporting to the allotted college by the deadline. 

AP EDCET 2024: How to enter choices? 
  • Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website. 
  • Then click on the web option entry link available on the home page. 
  • Enter your login credentials and click on submit. 
  • Enter the choices in the order of preference. 
  • At last click on save and freeze the options if required. 
  • Save the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
