The Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai has extended the deadline of application for TISSNET 2016. According to the notification available on web, the last date to register online is December 8 and offline registration is December 9, 2015.
Last date for submitting online application form for M.A. programmes will be now till 8th December, 2015 (5:00 PM). Eligible candidates can apply for the test in any of the medium (online/offline).
Eligibility:
Graduates from any discipline with a recognized bachelor's degree can apply.
Fee:
Rs 1030 (general category), and for SC/ST/OBC candidates is Rs 260.

Date of Examination: January 9, 2016.
Declaration of result: February 2, 2016.

- Students who are submitting a hard copy of the application form, should post along the documents attested by any School Headmaster or a Principal of College or a Gazetted Officer. The list of the documents to be sent along with the form is mentioned in the application form.
- TISSNET 2016 is a computer based test
- TISSNET is conducted by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences for admissions to its Masters in Social Work and related programs.
- The TISSNET scores are accepted only by TISS Mumbai.
