Process for admission in various courses including BEd and MBA at the Centre for Distance and Open Learning (CDOL), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is going to end tomorrow that is July 22, 2019.

The application forms and prospectus can be downloaded from the university’s website: https://www.jmi.ac.in/

The last date for submission of admission form for BEd and MBA is July 22, 2019. Entrance test for admission would be conducted on August 3, 2019, for MBA and August 4, 2019, for BEd.

Process for spot admission in Postgraduate programmes in English, History, Hindi, Sociology, Education, Political Science, Public Administration, MCom & MA. HRM will be completed by August 31, 2019.

Admission for undergraduate courses – BA (General), BBA, BCom, BCIBF, Diploma and Certificate courses offered through the Distance Mode will also be completed by August 31, 2019.

Recently, the Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has introduced four new courses as it began admission for various Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP).  

The four new programmes introduced in collaboration with NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are Sales & Marketing, Grooming of Factory Operation/ Assembly Line/ Packaging, CNC (Computer-Controlled Machine) Basic Training, CNC (Computer-Controlled Machine) Advance Training.

The Centre is already running EDP on PET Bottle Manufacturing and Drinking Water Packaging, Bakery Products, Spices Grinding and Packaging, Paper Cup/Glass/Plates manufacturing and Tailoring & Embroidery Training.

These programs in Livelihood Business Incubation (LBI) Centre are being run under ‘Scheme for Promoting Innovation; Rural Industry & Entrepreneurship (ASPIRE)of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises. The programme aims at self-employment generation among aspiring start-up entrepreneurs.
