The admissions process for Diploma courses in Polytechnic and Engineering colleges has started. Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) has invited online applications from students for entrance exam.
Issuing the statement on its website HSTES said that "The last date of filling Online Application is June 11. The institute will conduct entrance exam on June 22 and will announce the results on June 30."
The students who have passed Class X exam or have appeared this year can apply for these courses.The students who have passed class 12 exam with 45 per cent marks can also apply for the same.

The students can apply online through http://onlinetesthry.nic.in/ for entrance examination. Except Pharmacy course the students can apply for any Diploma course according to their preference. The students who will qualify in the written examination will be called for counselling according to the merit list. After this the students will be offered admission in Polytechnic and Engineering colleges.

Manoj Kumar, Dean of Delhi Institute of Technology Management and Research said that the students who will qualify the examination will be able to take direct admission in his college. There are 60 seats each in Civil, Computer Science and Automobile courses.
