UP Police Constable Written Exam 2018 Result is likely to be declared in the second week of December.

According to reports, the expected result declaration date is December 15, 2018.


However, the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), Lucknow has released the UP Police Constable Answer Keys 2018.

The board conducted the exam on October 25 and 26.

UP Police Constable second shift exam 2018, scheduled to be held on June 18 and 19, was canceled because the offline paper meant for the second shift was distributed in the morning.  

UP Police, in the notification issued on January 14 this year, has announced 41,520 vacancies for constable posts in the pay band of Rs 5200-20200 with grade pay or Rs 2000.

The Online registration process started on January 22, 2018, and concluded on February 22, 2018.

Three persons, allegedly part of an exam paper solving gang, were arrested by the Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh police here.

On a tip off, the STF team nabbed three persons from Kanpur road in Krishna Nagar police station area.

"They were helping candidates appearing in the group ‘C’ and group ‘D’ examination conducted by the Allahabad High Court yesterday," a STF release said.

The gang was helping the candidates appearing in the exam through unfair means and electronic devices in solving the paper for money, it said, adding that mobile phones, bluetooth devices and bluetooth batteries were among the things recovered from their possession.
