The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has successfully commenced the board exam for classes 10th and 12th. Now students are waiting for the release of results. The results for the same are expected in April last week.
Last year, the UP Board declared the results of classes 10th and 12th on the same day i.e. April 25. It is expected that this time also the results of classes 10th and 12th will be released on the same day.
The Board conducted the class 10, and 12 board exams 2024 from 22 February and were concluded on 09 March 2024. The evaluation of exam copies has already been started by the board. It is expected that the work evaluation will be completed by 31 March 2024.
UP Board has appointed 94,802 examiners for the evaluation work of 1.76 crore answer sheets of class 10 and 52,295 examiners for 1.25 crore answer sheets of class 12. Additionally, the board has set up 131 evaluation centers for the evaluation of Class 10 answer sheets and 116 evaluation centers for the evaluation of Class 12 answer sheets in the state.
The work of checking the board answer sheets was disrupted for two-three days, due to the teacher's boycott. More than 55 Lakh students appeared for 10th and 12th board exams this year.
According to the Education Department of UP Board, it takes around 25-30 days to feed the details like numbers online after the evaluation. The result is expected by the end of April this year.
