UP Board Result 2022: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is expected to release a notification regarding the UP Board Result 2022 declaration date anytime soon. Notably, the process of evaluation of answer sheets of Class X and XII students of the board had been wrapped up on May 8, 2022. In light of this, a notification on the UP Board result declaration date is being expected soon from UPMSP's side.
As per several media reports, the UP Board Result 2022 is expected to be declared in the first week of June 202. However, no official confirmation has been given by the board in this regard yet. Alongside results, the board will also release the merit list of Class 10 and Class 12 students.
 
UP Board Exam 2022: Statistics
 
A total of 51 lakh students of the Uttar Pradesh board had registered to appear in the UP Board Class 10 and 12 exams 2022. However, the exams saw the footfall of only 47 lakh students. The state board exams were held in the months of March and April 2022.
 
In all, the UP Board has evaluated more than 2.25 crore answer sheets of both Class 10 and Class 12 students. 271 evaluation centres had been set up across the state for the same.
 
UP Board Result 2022: Passing Criteria
 
The UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 exams are held for a total of 100 marks. In order to be declared pass in a subject, a student needs to secure at least 33% marks. This implies that a student will have to score 33 marks out of 100 to clear the subject.

After the Uttar Pradesh board declares the UP Board Result 2022, intermediate and matriculation students can check the scores obtained by them on the following websites.

However, various media reports have claimed that this year, the scores obtained by the students will be mailed to them on their official email ID.
 
UP Board Result 2022: Steps to check scores
 
Students of Class 10 and 12 must follow the simple steps mentioned below in order to check their respective results.

1. Visit the official website of UP Results at upresults.nic.in.
2. Click on the result link which will be activated after result declaration.
3. You will land on a new login page. Enter your login details (Roll number and others) and click on 'Submit'.
4. The result will appear on the screen. Check the scores obtained carefully and download the scorecard on your device.
5. Obtain its hard copy for further need.
