UP Board Result 2018 is likely to be declared on April 28, according to sources. This can bring to end the tedious and stressful waiting of the students waiting for their results.
While the UP Board class X exam ended February 22, a couple of papers cancelled were re-conducted on the March 13 and March 15. However, the class XII exams ended on March 12.
"We are happy that it was a copying-free examination and the answer sheets have been evaluated in time. We will declare the results of UP Board examinations for Class 10th (High School) and Class 12th (Intermediate) in April," UP Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma told reporters earlier.
While the exams conducted amid tight security, strict measures were put in place to discourage cheating this year. The board conducted exams between February 6, 2018, and March 12, 2018.
If media reports are to be believed then evaluation of answer scripts will complete by mid of April and the board will declare the result immediately.
The deputy chief minister, who also holds the portfolio of secondary and higher education, said the UP government has launched an Internet portal for teachers to register grievances.
