TNPSC Group 4 Result 2024 update: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) will declare the TNPSC Group 4 Result 2024 soon. According to media reports, TNPSC Group 4 Result 2024 is exepcted to be declared in the last week of September. However, the official notification in connection with the TNPSC Group 4 Result 2024 release date is awaited. Once released candidates, who appeared for the Combined Civil Services Examination – IV, will be able to check their results on the official TNPSC website (tnpsc.gov.in or tnpscexams.in).
The TNPSC Group 4 recruitment process aims to fill over 6,000 vacancies across various departments within the Tamil Nadu government. While the TNPSC Group 4 written examination was conducted on June 9, 2024, it consisted of two sections.
Part A
Tamil Eligibility-cum Scoring Test, comprising 100 questions for a total of 150 marks.
Part B
General Studies (75 questions) and Aptitude and Mental Ability Test (25 questions) for a total of 150 marks.
In a bid to qualify, candidates must secure a minimum of 40% (60 marks) in Part A. Only then will their Part B answer sheets be evaluated. Candidates should note that the provisional answer key for the exam was released on the commission's website on June 18, 2024.

TNPSC Group 4 Result: How to check the result, once released?
- Firstly candidates need to visit the official website i.e. tnpsc.gov.in.
- Then click on the result link available on the home page.
- Enter your login credentials and click on submit.
- The result will be displayed on the screen of the candidate.
- After viewing, download the same and take a printout for future reference.
