Tamil Nadu Board 12th Result 2023 Declared: Important Details
The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TN DGE) declared the result of the Tamil Nadu HSE+2 exam on May 8, 2023 on its official website, tnresults.nic.in.
This year, approximately 8.8 lakh students appeared in the class 12th board exams conducted by the TN DGE from March 13, 2023, to April 3, 2023, at 3169 centres in the state.
Out of the total, 7,55,451 candidates have passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 94.03%. Among them, 96.38% of girls, 91.45% of boys, and 79 prisoners have successfully passed the examination, with girls outperforming boys by 4.93%.
Additionally, 32,501 students have scored 100 percentile in at least one subject in the Tamil Nadu 12th result, compared to 23,957 last year.
