SSC CGL Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) Result 2024 in due course of time. After the official announcement, candidates can check the SSC CGL tier 1 results on the board's official website i.e. ssc.gov.in. The commission will share the roll numbers of the candidates shortlisted for the tier 2 examination and other details along with their 1 result.
The SSC conducted the CGL exam 2024 from 9 to 26 September 2024 to fill a total of 17,727 vacancies for various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different ministries, departments, organizations of the Government of India and various constitutional bodies, statutory bodies, tribunals. Candidates who qualify for the tier 1 exams will have to appear for the phase 2 exams. The notification regarding the same will be released soon.
The commission released the provisional answer keys of the tier 1 examination on 3 October 2024. Candidates were allowed to submit objections/representations to the provisional answer key up to 6 October 2024. General category candidates who score 30 percent or more marks in the tier 1 examination will be declared pass.
For OBC and EWS candidates, the pass marks in the tier 1 exam are 25 percent and candidates belonging to all other categories need 20 percent marks to pass the exam.

SSC CGL Result 2024: How to check the result, once released?
- Firstly, candidates need to visit the official website i.e. ssc.gov.in.
- Then click on the result link available on the home page.
- Enter your login credentials and click on submit.
- The result will be displayed on the screen of the candidate.
- After viewing, download the same.
- The candidates can take a printout for future reference.
