The result for the post of Nursing Officer, Dietician & DEO has already been declared by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. The Institute has released the merit list successful candidates on its official website, pgimer.edu.in.
Recently the Institute has issued an official notice for the successful candidates regarding the offline submission of application and other documents.
The official notification reads, "the shortlisted candidates have been informed that they will be required to apply afresh by sending the duly filled in application form in the prescribed format available on PGI website i.e. www.pgimer.edu.in and send the same along with self-attested copies of all certificates in support of educational qualification, category experience, if any, original copy of challan fee etc."
Shortlisted candidates have to submit the documents in the Office of Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell, PGIMER, Chandigarh through speed post/ registered post/ by hand on or before May 15, 2020, upto 04.00 PM.
The authorities have also provided the facility to send the requisite application form and documents through e-mail because of the prevailing lockdown situation across the country due to COVID-19 outbreak.
The PGIMER has provided the helpline number also in this regard, so that, any candidate facing trouble may contact Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell personally or through Telephone No.0172-2755579 on any working day between 02.00 PM to 04.00 PM.

PGIMER Chandigarh Recruitment 2019 was held for the 84 vacant posts of Public Relation Officer, Nursing Officer, Assistant Dietician, Data Entry Operator Grade ‘A’, Junior Technician (Radiotherapy), Public Health Nursing Officer, Plaster Technician Grade-II and Lower Division Clerk.
The written examinations for the said posts were held on March 02, 13 & 16, 2020. The result for the same was declared on April 13, 2020.
