The Higher Education Department Odisha has released the merit list for the CPET 2020 today, November 21, 2020 (Saturday). The result is available online on the official website of the Student Academic Management System, SAMS at samsodisha.gov.in. All those candidates who appeared for the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET)-2020 can visit the official website to check the merit list online.
Candidates can access the statewide provisional merit list by login through the PG Admission Subject and Hall Ticket No. This is the first edition of the Odisha CEPT 2020 Exam being held by the state Higher Education Council. The Common PG Entrance Test was conducted between October 12 and October 22 at 28 examination centres in the state. Out of the 71,789 registered candidates, a total of 62,942 candidates appeared for the test including six Covid-19 positive students.
The application process for CPET 2020 was commenced from August 12 to 31, 2020, on the official site of SAMS. Candidates can check the CPET 2020 Merit List with the help of the direct link mentioned below.

The examination was conducted for the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) 2020 for admission into various postgraduate courses in the Odisha government-run universities and colleges. The completion of the admission process by the respective Universities and Colleges, offering PG teaching facility would be done till December 21, 2020, and commencement of the postgraduate classes would be held after that.

The Odisha Common Postgraduate Entrance Test 2020 is a single platform for admission to postgraduate level programs offered by state universities in Odisha. The selection of candidates and allocation of seats for CPET 2020 will be done on the basis of candidates’ eligibility and their performance in the entrance exam.
