NEET PG 2024: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the results from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 today. Candidates who appeared for the medical entrance exam can visit the official website i.e. natboard.edu.in. to view or download their NEET PG 2024 results.

The NEET PG 2024 marks were normalized and converted into percentile scores, following the normalization process used by AIIMS. The NEET PG 2024 score were calculated up to seven decimal places to avoid confusion and ties. NBEMS has made it clear that there will be no provision for re-evaluation, rechecking, or re-totaling of the responses marked by candidates. 

According to the announced criteria, the qualifying cutoff percentile for the general or EWS category is set at the 50 percentile. For candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories (including PwD from these groups), the cutoff is at the 40 percentile, while for UR PwD candidates, the cutoff is set at the 45 percentile.

According to the official notice,  “NBEMS shall not entertain any request for sharing any content of the examination including answer keys, sheets". The exam carried a total of 800 marks. Candidates received 4 marks for each correct answer, and 1 mark was deducted for each incorrect answer.

NEET PG 2024: How to check the result?
  • Firstly, Candidates need to visit the official website i.e. natboard.edu.in. 
  • Then click on the result link available on the home page. 
  • The pdf of the result will be displayed on the screen of the candidate. 
  • Search for your roll number in the list. 
  • Candidates can download the pdf and take a printout for future reference.
