Candidates should note that the KEA NEET seat allotment for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) admission and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) is done based on the NEET UG scores, merit rank, choices filled by the candidates, reservation and availability of seats. Those from the general category have to pay Rs 1 lakh while SC and ST candidates have to pay Rs 50,000, as a seat acceptance fee.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in MBBS and BDS programs will have to report to the allotted college to confirm their admission. They will have to pay the tuition fee and download the admission slip from the KEA’s official website by the deadline.
The candidates may note that they will have to carry all the required documents to the institute to confirm their admission.
The state offers a total of 10,995 MBBS seats and 3,445 BDS seats. These seats for medical and dental admissions are divided into four distinct categories: government seats, private seats, Non-Residential Indian (NRI) seats, and other seats.
