The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has declared the seat allotment result for the third round of counselling for 2021. Registered candidates can check and download the result by visiting the official website of JoSAA, josaa.nic.in. Students who are allotted seats through round 3 counselling will have to complete the online reporting process from November 7 to 8, 2021. To secure a seat, students need to upload the required documents for verification and pay the counselling fee.
The JoSAA is conducting the counselling process for admission to BTech programmes offered by various IITs, IIITs, NITs and GFTIs. The category-wise seats along with the academic schedules are available on the JoSAAonline counselling portal.
How to check JoSAA Round 3 Seat Allotment Result
The candidates are required to follow the below instructions to check and download the JoSAA Round 3 seat allotment result.
- Visit the official website of JoSAA, josaa.nic.in.
- On the homepage displayed, click on the link 'View Seat Allotment Result - Round 3'.
- Candidates will be redirected to a new login page.
- Enter JEE Main or JEE Advanced application number and password.
- JoSAA 3rd round seat allotment result will appear on the screen. Check and download the same for future reference.
The last date to answer the question under JoSAA Round 3 counselling round is November 9, 2021. The seat allotment result of JoSAA 4th Round will be declared on November 10, 2021, at 5 PM. Candidates can choose to freeze or float their seats. If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat, they can freeze it, which means they are securing a seat and will not participate in further counselling rounds. Applicants who are not satisfied and want to participate in further rounds of counselling can choose to float the allotted seat.
