ICAI CA CPT Result 2018

The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) is likely to announce the result for Chartered Accountants Final Examination, Foundation Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) on July 20, 2018.
"Result of the Chartered Accountants Final Examination, Foundation Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in May/June 2018 are likely to be declared on Friday, the 20th July 2018," read a notification on the official website.
The exams were held in May/June 2018.
Simple steps to check result as follows:
Step 1: Visit icaiexam.icai.org.
Step 2: Go to the results notification.
Step 3: Enter the required information.
Step 4: The result will pop up on the computer screen.
Candidates can access their result online and via SMS.
The simple method to get result via SMS as follows:
i) For Final Examination
Final Examination (Old Course)
CAFNLOLD (space) XXXXXX (Where XXXXXX is the six digit Final examination roll number of the candidate), e.g. CAFNLOLD 000128
Final Examination (New Course)
CAFNLNEW (space)XXXXXX (Where XXXXXX is the six digit Final examination roll number of the
candidate), e.g. CAFNLNEW 000128
ii) For Foundation Examination
CAFND (Space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Foundation Examination roll number of the candidate), e.g. CAFND 000171
iii) For Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
CACPT(Space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is the six digit Common Proficiency Test roll number of the
candidate), e.g. CACPT 000171 and send the message to 58888
How to check result via email?
To get the result via email, the candidates should register their email ID and send request at the official website.
The results will be available on the following websites:
1. icaiexam.icai.org
2. caresults.icai.org
3. icai.nic.in
Arrangements have also been made for the students of Final Examination, Foundation Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) desirous of having results on their e-mail addresses to register their requests at the website i.e. icaiexam.icai.org from July 16, 2018.
In addition to the above, it may be noted that for accessing the result at the above-mentioned websites the candidate shall have to enter his registration no. or PIN no. along with his roll number.
“All those registering their requests will be provided with their results through e-mail on the e-mail addresses registered as above immediately after the declaration of the result,” said a note.
Highlights
ICAI will release the All India Merit List up to the 50th rank for Final and Foundation examinees only.
ICAI s expected the result on July 20, 2018.

The Examination Department of ICAI conducts various examinations corresponding to different levels of the Chartered Accountancy course, in accordance with the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988
Examinations conducted are:
Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Examination
Final Examination
Intermediate (IPC) E and Final are conducted twice a year, in May and November.
CPT is conducted twice a year, in June and December.
It also handles examinations relating to the post-qualification courses for members.

2. Commencement of Online filling of CPT Examination Form: April 4, 2018 (10:00 A.M. IST)
3. Last date & time for Login Creation/New User Registration: May 3, 2018
up to 5:30 P.M.
4. Last date & time for submitting the form and making payment without Late Fee through already created Login: April 26, 2018, up to 23:59 P.M.
5. Last date and time for filling the form and making payment with late fee through already created Login: May 3, 2018 (up to 23:59 P.M.)
6. Last date for receipt of print out of online examination form duly filled up (PDF): May 7, 2018
7. Likely date of declaration of the result (icaiexam.icai.org): Around mid-July 2018
