Haryana Board 10th Result 2024: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) announced the results of the 10th class 2024, as confirmed by Dr. V.P. Yadav, the Chairman of the board, during a press conference today, 12 May.
This year, the results revealed a pass percentage of 95.22%, showcasing a commendable performance by the students. Those who appeared for the examination can access their results conveniently through the official website of the board.

The Chairman of HSEB board also stated that the haryana class 10 results can be downloaded by the concerned schools/institutions from the board's website starting from this evening by logging in with their user ID and password.
This year, in the HSEB Secondary (Academic) Regular Examination, a total of 2,86,714 candidates appeared, out of which 2,73,015 were declared successful. The result of 3,652 candidates remained Essential Repeat (E.R.), meaning these students will have to reappear for the examination.
Board Chairman Dr. Yadav revealed that out of 1,37,167 appearing students, 1,32,119 passed, registering a pass percentage of 96.32, while among 1,49,547 candidates, 1,40,896 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 94.22. Consequently, there was a 2.10 percent increase in the overall pass percentage compared to the previous year.
In terms of pass percentage, Panchkula district remained at the top position while Nuh district ranked the lowest.
HBSE 10th Result 2024: Pass Percentage Analysis
- Among the general candidates, out of 12,607 who appeared, 11,186 qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 88.73%.
- Boys achieved an 88.70% pass rate, with 7,219 passing out of 8,135 candidates.
- For girls, the pass percentage was slightly higher at 88.77%, with 5,388 out of 6,083 qualifying.

- This year, the pass percentage of government schools was 93.19%.
- The pass percentage of private schools was 97.80%.
- In rural areas, the pass percentage of students was 95.24%.
- In urban areas, the pass percentage of students was 95.18%.

- The pass percentage of government schools was 93.19%.
- Private schools outperformed with a pass percentage of 97.80%.
Haryana Board 10th Result 2024: Self-Study Students
- Dr. Yadav revealed that the result of self-study students in the secondary examination was 88.73%.
- Out of 12,607 candidates who appeared for this examination, 11,186 passed.
- Self-study students can check their exam results by providing their roll number or name, father's name, mother's name, and date of birth.
- School students can also view their results by providing their roll number and date of birth.
Haryana Board 10th: Open school exam result
- A total of 9,014 candidates appeared in the Secondary Open School (Fresh) examination.
- Out of these, 2,128 candidates passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 23.61%.
- 5,620 students participated in the examination, with 1,257 passing, leading to a pass percentage of 22.37%.
- Among the 3,393 students who appeared, 871 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 25.67%.
