CUET-UG 2024: The answer key for the CUET UG exam has been released for all candidates who participated in the exam and the results will be announced soon.
There are many central universities in India that offer admission to students based on their CUET UG scores.
The universities participating in CUET UG include 47 central universities, 57 state universities, 37 deemed universities, 196 private universities, and 8 other universities. Each university participating in CUET UG grants admission to students based on their CUET UG scores. But today, we will focus on the top 10 central universities in the country where students can gain admission based on their CUET UG scores.

- Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU): Known for its political controversies, JNU now admits students to UG programs through CUET. JNU offers undergraduate degrees in various foreign languages, including Pashto, Persian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, and Russian.
- Banaras Hindu University (BHU): BHU offers diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses in various streams. The undergraduate courses include social sciences, BA LLB, BA Arts Honours, Agriculture Honours, B.Com Honours, B.Sc Honours, B.Tech in Food Technology, etc.
- Aligarh Muslim University (AMU): AMU provides vocational courses along with 12 honours courses at the undergraduate level. These include Sanskrit, Russian, Linguistics, Education, Philosophy, Geography, Statistics, Community Science, Hindi, Women Education, Persian, and Sanskrit.
- Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI): JMI offers 15 honours courses in various languages. In engineering, B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Civil/CSE is one of the best courses at JMI. At the PG level in the management stream, it is known for its MBA and MA programs.
- University of Hyderabad (UoH): UoH offers 15 courses for five-year programs.
- Delhi University (DU): DU is the first choice for candidates seeking admission to undergraduate programs in science, humanities, arts, or commerce. The BA Honours courses offered by DU are quite popular among candidates.
- Central University of Punjab (CPU): CPU offers undergraduate programs such as BA.BEd, B.Sc.BEd, B.Pharmacy, B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, and LLB.
- Visva Bharati University (VBU): VBU offers over 40 honours courses at the undergraduate level. It also provides admission to programs like Bachelor of Design (Ceramics and Glass), Bachelor of Design (Furniture and Interior), and Bachelor of Design (Textiles).
- The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad (EFLU): EFLU offers undergraduate honours programs in English, Journalism and Mass Communication.
