Raksha Gopal, student of Amity International School, has topped the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class XII exam 2017 by securing 99.6%, according to ANI.
"Raksha Gopal of Amity International School Noida tops with 99.6% #CBSEclassXII," tweeted ANI.
According to reports, the overall pass percentage has dipped down to 82 percent; this is a 1 per cent dip from the previous year result (83 per cent in 2016).
While the board declared the class XII results on Sunday morning, This year the CBSE class 12 results were in much controversy with the board first deciding to remove the Marks Moderation Policy.
According to reports, seconds after the CBSE declared the class XII results on Sunday morning, the official website cbse.nic.in for retrieving results crashed. Alternatively, students can check their results on our website.
