CBSE 10th Result 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE 10th result 2022 today on July 22 at 2 pm. The results are available for viewing and downloading on the official website of the board at cbse.gov.in.
This year saw the footfall of around 21 lakh students of Class 10 in board exams 2022. The passing percentage trends recorded in the last 5 years have been provided below.
CBSE 10th Result 2022: Passing Percentage for Previous 5 Years
Notably, the passing percentage logged by the Class 10 students of the board was 99.04 percent in the year 2021. 20,97,128 students had appeared in the exams, out of which 20,76,997 cleared the exams successfully. The passing percentage for the previous 5 years has been mentioned herewith.
Passing percentage for:
- 2021: 99.04 percent
- 2020: 91.46 percent
- 2019: 91.1 percent
- 2018: 86.7 percent
- 2017: 90.95 percent
This year, a total of 94.40 percent students of Class 10 have cleared the board exams successfully. A total of 20,93,978 students had appeared in the exams, out of which 19,76,668 have qualified the exam successfully.
CBSE 10th Result 2022: What's Next?
Those students who are declared qualified in CBSE class 10 exams are eligible to enroll into Class 11 and proceed with the admission process. Meanwhile, those students who have been unable to clear the exam successfully will be required to appear in the Compartment exam, the application process for which shall begin soon.
