SSC Recruitment 2022: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited applications for the posts of Junior Hindi Translator (JHT), Junior Translator (JT) and Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) posts. The application window for the same has opened today and the deadline to apply for the posts is August 4. Thus, candidates willing to apply for the posts can visit the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in.
SSC Recruitment 2022: Application Fee
 
Candidates willing to apply for the posts will be required to pay an application fee amount of Rs 100. However, the female candidates as well as candidates belonging to the reserved category have been exempted from paying the application fee.

SSC Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
 
Age limit: The candidates who wish to apply for the post must be between 18 to 30 years of age. However, the candidates belonging to the reserved category will be provided relaxation in the upper age limit, as per rules.
 
Educational qualifications: Candidates aiming for the post of Junior translator should have pursued a master's degree in Hindi from a recognised university and a certification course in translation from Hindi to English or vice versa.
 
Meanwhile, those aspiring for the post of Senior Hindi Translator should have pursued a master's degree in English or Hindi from a recognised university. They should also have completed their diploma/certificate course in translation from Hindi to English or vice-versa. Also, they should have a three year work-experience in translation work, from Hindi to English.

2. Register yourself, if new to the website. Already existing users must sign in to their portal.
3. Then, click on the option that reads 'Apply', located on the homepage of the website.
4. Next, under the tab that reads 'JHT Recruitment', click on the 'Apply' option on the 2019 advertisement.
5. Fill the application form and submit all details.
6. Print its hard copy for future references.
