SSC GD Recruitment 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the General Duty (GD) constable recruitment 2025 notification and according to the official notice, the recruitment aims at filling a total of 39,481 vacancies. The SSC GD 2025 registration window is now open for all the eligible candidates to submit their applications by visiting the official website at ssc.gov.in. 

According, to the official notification the SSC GD 2025 registration deadline is set for 14 October. However, the SSC GD 2025 late registration fee window will remain active till 15 October. 

According to the official notification for SSC GD 2025, candidates will be able to correct their application forms by paying a fee starting from November 5, 2024. The correction window will be open until November 7. The SSC GD 2025 exam is scheduled to take place between January and February, though the exact date has not yet been announced.

SSC GD 2025: Exam Pattern

  • Exam Schedule: The Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to take place in January or February.
  • Exam Structure: The SSC GD 2025 exam will consist of four sections:
    • General Intelligence and Reasoning
    • General Knowledge and General Awareness
    • Elementary Mathematics
    • English or Hindi
  • Duration: Each section will be allotted 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions: Each section will contain 20 questions.
  • Scoring:
    • Correct Answer: 2 marks
    • Wrong Answer: -0.50 marks (negative marking)
