RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 Registration Update: Railway Recruitment Board has reopened the RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 registration window today, October 2, 2024. Candidates, who want to apply for the Technician posts, can now carryout the registration process on the official website (rrbapply.gov.in).
While the recruitment drive will fill 14298 technician posts in the organisation, the number of vacancies earlier to be filled was 9144 for open line (17 categories), which was enhanced to 14298 after RRB received additional demand from Zonal Railways/Production Units.
The last date of application for the technician posts is October 16, 2024. It should be mentioned that the modification window will open on October 17 and will close on October 21, 2024.
Candidates are permitted to modify their application forms upon payment of Rs 250 for each modification. A separate announcement will be made detailing the procedures for accessing existing application data and for submitting new applications for both current and prospective candidates.

Step 1: Visit the official website (rrbapply.gov.in).
Step 2: Click on apply link and register yourself.
Step 3: Login to the account.
Step 4: Fill the application form and make the payment of application fee.
Step 5: Click on submit and download the confirmation page.
Step 6: Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

"Modification Window for corrections in application with payment of Rs. 250/- for each modification will be live for a period of 5 days from 17-10-2024 to 21-10-2024. A separate notice will be published about the modalities /procedures to get the existing application data / new application submission for both existing and new candidates.
Beware of the touts who may misguide candidates with the false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitemnt pprocess in the rrb exam is fully computerized and the selction is based purely on the merit of the candidates," read the notification.
