Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed approximately 71,000 appointment letters to newly appointed recruits in government departments and organizations through video conferencing. PM Narendra Modi stated that today, more than 70 thousand youths are receiving appointment letters for government jobs in various departments of the Government of India. All of you have achieved this success through hard work. I extend my heartiest congratulations and best wishes to you and your families.

The PM mentioned that in the past 9 years, the Government of India has prioritized making the government recruitment process faster, more transparent, and fairer. Today, the entire process, from application to result, is conducted online. It is now sufficient to self-attest the documents. Interviews for recruitment to Group C and Group D posts have also been completed. All these efforts have eliminated corruption and nepotism.

The nature of work has rapidly changed in the past 9 years. In these changing circumstances, new sectors have emerged for the youth. The Central Government is continuously supporting these new sectors as well. In the past 9 years, the country has witnessed a revolution in startup culture. Today, May 16, marks the 9th anniversary of the Lok Sabha election results. The entire country was filled with enthusiasm and faith. India, with the mantra "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas" is striving to become a developed nation.

The construction of 4 crore pucca houses for the poor in the past 9 years has also created numerous new employment opportunities. The five lakh common service centres established in every village have become a significant source of employment. The youth are being trained as village-level entrepreneurs.

Under the PLI (Production-Linked Incentive) scheme, the central government is providing assistance of approximately Rs 2 lakh crore for manufacturing. This amount will not only help make India the manufacturing hub of the world but also generate employment for lakhs of youth.
