Indian Navy Recruitment 2024: The Indian Navy is going to close the registration window for Agniveer Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR), and Matric Recruit (MR) posts. The candidates who want to participate in this recruitment and have not filled out their application form can visit the official website i.e. joinindiannavy.gov.in to submit their application.
Candidates are required to pay the registration fee of Rs 550 to apply for the Indian Navy Agniveer exam. The candidates may note that after closing the registration window, the form correction window will be opened for the candidates to edit the application form. The correction window will be open for three days.
Indian Navy Recruitment 2024: Exam pattern
The Indian Navy entrance test will have 100 multiple-choice questions carrying one mark each. The paper will have four sections including English, science, mathematics, and general awareness. The exam will be conducted for one hour.
Indian Navy Recruitment 2024: Marking scheme
One-fourth of the marks for each incorrect answer will be deducted. Candidates must pass all sections and achieve an overall passing score. The Indian Navy will set the pass marks for each section and the score.
Indian Navy Recruitment 2024: Selection process
The selection process for the Agniveer 02/2024 batch consists of two stages. In the first stage, candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET). Those who pass the shortlisting stage will proceed to the second stage, which includes a Physical Fitness Test (PFT), a written examination, and a recruitment medical examination
